  1. For new medications, ask your physician to write two prescriptions:

    • The first prescription for a 30-day supply

    • The second prescription for maximum allowable medication supply under your mail service benefit (*as each plan varies).

  2. Fill the first prescription immediately at a participating retail pharmacy for use until you receive your prescription order from our Mail Service Program.

  3. Send the second prescription (the original, not a photocopy), your co-payment, and a completed Prescription Delivery Enrollment Form directly to:

    WellDyneRx
    PO Box 3129
    Englewood CO 80155-4517

If your doctor indicates more than one drug on a prescription, you'll be responsible to pay the necessary co-payment for each drug listed on your prescription.

For your co-payments, we accept check, money order, or VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

  4. Once WellDyneRx has received all correct, necessary information, orders will ship within (3) three business days via US Mail or UPS.

In some circumstances it may be necessary to contact you or your physician for further clarification. If you have been to a retail pharmacy within the previous 20 days, your order will be processed as soon as refill guidelines will allow.

  5. For quicker turnaround, your physician may simply call in or fax your prescription directly to the WellDyneRx Mail Service Pharmacy. For controlled substances, we are required by law to have the original prescription on file.

You will need to complete a mail service order form that includes patient and payment information before WellDyneRx will ship your order.

You can fax this completed form to 303-793-0925.

For assistance, please call 303-793-9954 (within Metro-Denver) or toll-free 866-490-3326. We will be happy to contact your physician’s office to assist you in getting started with the mail service program.

Please note:

A physician's office visit should not be necessary in order to obtain a new refill prescription. Please call your physician and explain that you're in a new prescription drug benefit program and ask for a new maintenance prescription with refills.

* Please check your current pharmacy benefits for specific plan coverage, as each may vary.
